Objective. Qualified. Equitable.
Purchasing your home is a life decision. A comprehensive home inspection report is essential in making your decision.
Seventeen years of building experience combined with industry education enables me to provide reliable data for you to make that decision. In addition to conventional construction I identify particular qualities associated with traditional adobe homes as well as passive solar design and alternative building materials. To do so I utilize Carson Dunlap Horizon reporting software - an industry leader providing detailed analysis reporting with explanatory links to building industry articles and video. This innovative reporting software enables me to deliver an analysis that is clear and concise.
Your home inspection report will detail conditions, limitations and recommendations for:
- Roofing & Attic areas
- Exterior & Drainage
- Structure & Foundation
- Electrical Service
- Heating & Fireplace
- Insulative Qualities
- Interior & Finishes
Accredited certification recognized as a licensing standard in over twenty seven states.
Home inspection services are still largely unregulated in the state of New Mexico and vary greatly from state to state. Nonetheless, I have obtained the training and continuing education established as licensing requisites by numerous municipalities, state regulatory boards and the International Council Code (ICC).
Rio Grande Equity Home Inspections are performed under standards set forth by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. This Standards of Practice defines the scope of a residential home inspection. There are indeed limitations and conditions of a residential home inspection. The process does not imply neither guarantee nor warranty against defect. I am deeply committed to provide my clientele with fair, honest and reliable overviews. I encourage clients to read the Standards of Practice so to clearly understand the home inspection and reporting process.
As a consumer you deserve a fair and impartial assessment to the structural and operational components of your prospective home.
